15 YEARS OF PRODUCTION

After 15 years of manufacturing eyewear and the endless quest to perfect our products, some of our bestselling frames have been produced in numerous production runs. It is therefore possible that an after-sales component you require may have been made at a different time and on another production run.

Warranty Issues:

AM Eyewear products are guaranteed by a 1-year warranty (from the date the consumer has purchased the product). This warranty covers manufacturer defects, materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover damage to the lenses or breakage to the frame due to misuse. We will repair all warranties in a timely manner, and if we cannot address the issue within 4 weeks of receiving the frame we will offer a replacement frame. Please note, warranties without reference photos cannot be addressed, since many of our styles have slight variations from production year to year, and without photos we are unable to ensure the correct fitting parts. We reserve the right to evaluate that a product has been misused and that it is not covered by our warranty.

Paid Repairs and replacement parts:

If the warranty has expired, or a customer has damaged their frame, we are happy to offer replacement parts and repair services at a fee. Please note that without photos of the frame, repairs and replacement parts cannot be addressed since many of our styles have slight variations from production year to year, and without photos we are unable to ensure the correct fitting parts.
