DUTIES AND TAXES
All international orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Product prices displayed are exclusive of destination taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. AM Eyewear is unable to advise the amount this may be and advise you to contact your local customs office if you require further information.
WARRANTY
AM Eyewear frames are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer and part faults only. All items deemed faulty under our warranty terms will be repaired or replaced. Every AM Eyewear frame is quality controlled and hand checked before being dispatch to you.

- Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns outside of time frame may be accepted at the discretion of AM Eyewear.
- Merchandise must not be worn or damaged.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items that are deemed damaged will not qualify for a refund/exchange.
- You will be required to cover all postage costs to return an item. AM Eyewear is not responsible for any damage occurred to the item during return postage and it is advisable to ensure adequate packing is used.
- Sale/ Discontinued items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.
