DUTIES AND TAXES
All international orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, with the exception of orders shipped to the United States, which are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.
Product prices displayed are exclusive of destination taxes and duties. For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Payment of these charges is required to release your order from customs upon arrival.
For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and paid prior to delivery under our DDP service, so no additional customs charges will be due upon arrival.
AM Eyewear is unable to advise the amount of duties and taxes for DDU shipments, as these charges vary by country. If you require further information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

WARRANTY
AM Eyewear frames are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer and part faults only. All items deemed faulty under our warranty terms will be repaired or replaced. Every AM Eyewear frame is quality controlled and hand checked before being dispatch to you.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns outside of time frame may be accepted at the discretion of AM Eyewear
- Merchandise must not be worn or damaged.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.Items that are deemed damaged will not qualify for a refund/exchange.
- You will be required to cover all postage costs to return an item. AM Eyewear is not responsible for any damage occurred to the item during return postage and it is advisable to ensure adequate packing is used.
- Discontinued items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.
